Compliments of the season,

I am Barr.Walter Kola. ,Barrister and solicitor at law. I was the personal
Attorney to Late Michael Creek, a national of your country and before his
death he was a major contractor with Chevron Oil conglomerate Lagos, Nigeria.
On the 21st of April 2002,
my client suddenly fell ill and he went through a major
heart by pass operation which unfortunately he did not survive.

He left me no name of a relative or an address overseas, I have contacted you
to assist in repatriating the money (US$10.5million) and property left behind
by my client before
they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank. The Bank has
issued me a notice to provide a family relative or have the account
confiscated within the next
twenty-two official working days. Since the demise of late Mr.
Michael Creek , I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 2
years now.

I now seek your consent to present you as the relative of the deceased so
that the proceed of this account valued at $10.5 million dollars can be paid
to
you.If you agree we can discuss your percentage. I have all
necessary legal documents that can be used to back up your
claims as a relative of the Late Michael Creek. All I require is
your honest cooperation to enable us seeing this transaction through.

Should you be interested in the transaction, please forward to me your
telephone; fax numbers and address for further correspondence.I guarantee
that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect
you from any breach of the
law.

I await your reply.

Best Regards,
Barr.Walter Kola.(Esq
